What comes with your Self-guided experience?

Everything you need to have the perfect event

Materials: We source and ship all the materials you need for the event.
Nonprofit sourcing: We collaborate with the best nonprofits in the world to receive your support.
Shipping: We send everything to your office, venue, or individual employee's homes. We also provide return shipping labels to get everything delivered to the nonprofit after your event.
Videos and presentation materials: We provide you with 60 minutes of video, team building, and presentation content to host a team event that is educational, impactful, and fun! Take a look at a sample set of self-guided instructions.

Working with our non-profit partners we source all the necessary materials and activities, box it up, and ship it to you. We also have fully virtual options as well.

Have Your Event

We provide instructions and videos to make sure you’re ready to run your event. Don’t worry, it's easy and our team is always available for support.

Send It Back

We provide pre-paid shipping labels and boxes to make shipping everything back easy. Team members can schedule a pick-up at a date and time that works best for them.

Impact Report

We issue a detailed impact report after every experience with details on volunteer hours, value of volunteer time, carbon offsets, and much more!

What is the lead time for events where materials are included?

The standard lead time is 4 weeks before the event date.

Can I select the nonprofit or location we support?

WeHero partners with incredible organizations that need the materials from your efforts. If you're interested in donating the materials to a different nonprofit, you'll have to facilitate the donations.

Can I offer multiple experiences?

Yes, you can offer as many as you want! You can also offer multiple sessions of the same experience.

What is the cancellation policy?

The standard cancelation policy is within 30 days of the event, however, this varies based on event type (i.e. in-person versus remote). Please contact us for our full cancellation policy.
