What is Knot Alone?
Whether it’s a child in a hospital bed or an adult navigating a mental health challenge, moments of crisis can feel deeply isolating. The absence of familiar spaces, routines, and people makes it harder to feel safe - let alone seen. It’s time to take action so that they are Knot Alone.
In partnership with Project Linus, which supports children facing illness and trauma, or Annie’s Kindness Blankets, which offers hope and comfort to those experiencing mental health challenges, this program delivers more than a blanket - it delivers care. Participants create cozy, no-sew fleece blankets that include a handwritten message of encouragement and become part of a network of support, helping ensure no one has to face difficult moments alone.
