What is Art for Social Equality?
Art for Social Equality is a program designed to serve as a connection point to educate our communities on the intersection of art, culture, and social movements. Through artistic expression and engagement, we will empower our communities, change the landscape, and inspire new realities.
All participants will receive their own personal art supply kit and the event will start with an introduction of the non-profits we’re supporting and how art plays a massive role. We will then shift gears and watch our art instructor as they teach us how to create art that provides a message and has meaning.
You can keep your completed art and your kit! We encourage everyone to submit photos of their art so we can share with our supported nonprofits to support their missions.
*Option to exclude the art kit with participants providing their own supplies for a fully virtual experience.

What is the lead time for events where materials are included?
Standard lead times 4 weeks from the event date. If we are including a sign-up process then 5 to 6 weeks preferred.
Can I select the nonprofit or location we support?
Yes, we can work with a non-profit and location of your choosing as long as they agree to work with WeHero.
Can I deliver locally in my community?
Depending on the event, yes! We do our best to support you in donating to your local community if preferred.
Can I offer multiple experiences?
Yes, you can offer as many as you want! You can also offer multiple sessions of the same experience.
Can I modify an event?
Yes, a surcharge may apply depending on the modifications.
How many packages come with each physical experience?
It varies by which event, but most experiences have three packages included to be assembled per participant.
Is there a monetary donation?
Most of our experiences where there are no material donations will include a monetary donation built into the price. This varies depending on the experience.
What is the cancellation policy?
The standard cancelation policy is within 30 days of the event, however, this varies based on event type (i.e. in-person versus remote). Please contact us for our full cancellation policy.
Are these offered globally?
Yes, some programs can be offered outside the US. Please inquire for more details on countries and event experiences available!
