What is Education Access?
15 million kids in the United States come from families struggling with extreme poverty. If these students are lucky enough to attend school, they often don’t have the resources to purchase the necessary school supplies.
WeHero alongside our corporate and non-profit partners are aggressively trying to resolve this issue, sourcing the necessary supplies to get these students successful in the classroom with an equal learning environment.
The Education Access experience delivers personalized backpacks with the necessary STEM school supplies to underprivileged students in your local community.
The backpacks are designed to be fun and to inspire the kids to want to go to school and stay in school. You’ll be adding your own personal touch and message to each backpack you create, drawing fun pictures on the bags, and leaving letters of encouragement.
Whether you’re participating on your own, with a group in person, or virtually through a live event, join us to learn about the status of education around the world, the power of teachers, and the importance of the event itself.

What is the lead time for events where materials are included?
Standard lead times 4 weeks from the event date. If we are including a sign-up process then 5 to 6 weeks preferred.
Can I select the nonprofit or location we support?
Yes, we can work with a non-profit and location of your choosing as long as they agree to work with WeHero.
Can I deliver locally in my community?
Depending on the event, yes! We do our best to support you in donating to your local community if preferred.
Can I offer multiple experiences?
Yes, you can offer as many as you want! You can also offer multiple sessions of the same experience.
Can I modify an event?
Yes, a surcharge may apply depending on the modifications.
How many packages come with each physical experience?
It varies by which event, but most experiences have three packages included to be assembled per participant.
Is there a monetary donation?
Most of our experiences where there are no material donations will include a monetary donation built into the price. This varies depending on the experience.
What is the cancellation policy?
The standard cancelation policy is within 30 days of the event, however, this varies based on event type (i.e. in-person versus remote). Please contact us for our full cancellation policy.
Are these offered globally?
Yes, some programs can be offered outside the US. Please inquire for more details on countries and event experiences available!
