What is Little Helpers?

ABOUT THE CAUSE

Hospital stays can be overwhelming for children, filled with anxiety, homesickness, and the stress of an unfamiliar environment. That’s why even the smallest gestures make a difference. A handmade teddy bear can spark joy, strengthen self-worth, and offer comfort throughout their treatment and recovery.

ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE

Participants will build two stuffed bears and bring them to life by decorating their shirts and writing stories about how each bear found its new best friend through Caitlin’s Smiles. Completed bears will be donated to bring comfort and a special connection for the children in hospital.
