What is Packs of Love?
Babies born in poverty are at higher risk of serious health problems such as being born too small or premature.
According to recent research, the average medical costs for a preterm baby were more than 10 times higher than for a healthy full-term baby.
Packs of Love supports not only children being born into poverty but also families dealing with the extreme costs of caring for a sick child.
The Packs of Love Project is a WeHero volunteer experience delivering baby bundles to mothers in need. These care packages are designed to support both mother and baby with essential supplies. You’ll be adding your own personal touch and message to each package you create to show your support and encouragement.
Each person assembles items such as burp cloths and baby lotion, along with a letter of support. The Impact Tracker below automatically updates based on your group size and can be customized for your event.
