Life can be overwhelming, and many people are feeling it. More than 60% of adults report needing additional emotional support, and that need continues to rise. Self-care tools, such as mindfulness exercises and grounding activities, offer practical ways to manage stress and feel supported. By assembling self-care packs, volunteers can help provide practical resources that promote resilience, reduce isolation, and support long-term mental wellness when it’s needed most.

We’re creating mindful moment packs! In partnership with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), volunteers will assemble packs with thoughtful tools for adults and children facing mental health challenges. These packs provide comfort, show someone cares, and help ease isolation. Volunteers can even pay it forward by gifting a third pack to brighten someone’s day.
Each person assembles items a note of support, essential oils, face masks and coloring books. The Impact Tracker below automatically updates based on your group size and can be customized for your event.
