To all the social impact professionals and enthusiasts that read this email, we just want to congratulate your efforts and successes during the first half of 2023! A massive amount of impact was made. To kick off our July newsletter, we decided to take a moment and celebrate you all! 1 // Fun fact of the month
According to a study published in the Journal of Economic Psychology, giving to others can actually make us happier than spending money on ourselves. The researchers found that when individuals spent money on others or donated to charitable causes, they experienced a greater sense of happiness and satisfaction compared to when they spent money solely on themselves. This suggests that acts of generosity and altruism can have a positive impact not only on the recipients but also on the well-being of the givers. So, spreading kindness and helping others can bring us greater happiness in life!

Hey, there are a lot of awesome companies out there! But yes we finally go to one of the greatest. This month we're excited to announce the addition of Patagonia to the WeHero 100. The WeHero 100 is a list of 100 of the best companies at social impact and employee engagement. A big congrats to Patagonia for all of its accomplishments.
