Mighty Mentors

March 15th | 10:00 - 10:55 AM MT

What: Mentorship is a personal action that all of us can take to help make the world a more inclusive and equitable place. At their core, mentors put a hand up for others to assure them that they are not alone in dealing with day-to-day challenges, and help empower the next generation of diverse leaders with the skills and support needed to achieve their dreams.

About The Experience: Sometimes, it can be challenging to know where to start or what questions to ask to become a mentor! Through this workshop, we will learn about the incredible organizations working to increase diverse representation across industries, the important role mentoring plays in building a more diverse and inclusive world, and tips to become more impactful mentors. We will role-play scenarios and questions to prepare you for what it is like to be a mentor before providing all the details on your next steps to be matched as a mentor.
